Getting software released to users is often a painful, risky, and time-consuming process. The practice of continuous integration and continuous delivery sets out the principles and technical practices that enable rapid, low-risk delivery of high quality, valuable new functionality to users. Through automation of the build, deployment, and testing process, and improved collaboration between developers, testers and IT operations, teams can get changes released in a matter of hours, sometimes even minutes, no matter what the size of the product or the complexity of the enterprise environment. In this workshop, you would get a chance to learn how Alibaba Cloud products and services can incorporate DevOps within your business’ digital transformation journey.
Who should attend?
This is a hands-on workshop targeted to architects, developers, system administrators, managers and testers.
Prerequisites:
A decent computer or laptop
A web browser (recommended Google Chrome).
An internet connection (provided)
An Alibaba Cloud account (register free account)
It is good to have a basic operations of Linux operating systems.
A good understanding and basic knowledge of Docker container and the usage of Dockerfile
A basic fundamental knowledge of Kubernetes
A ready account of GitHub
