Overview

This ANZ webinar will provide organisations with an overview of the key changes to China’s cybersecurity laws and provide some solutions for Australian and New Zealand companies to think about when it comes to cybersecurity in China.

At the event we will discuss the Multi-Level Protection Scheme (MLPS), firstly introduced in 2008 as a core part of the CSL and the detailed implementation and operation requirements. On December 1, 2019, MLPS was further updated to MLPS 2.0, which introduces several new concepts and more detailed rules to support the implementation of the scheme.
