Dr. Gilbert Lim is a Research Fellow with the School of Computing at the National University of Singapore. He obtained his doctorate from NUS with a dissertation on automating retinopathy and glaucoma screening. His current work focuses on the application of artificial intelligence to the medical domain.

Championing the fusion of blockchain and space, Zee Zheng believes that these technologies will enable a new era of seamless global collaboration. Having launched 6 blockchain-enabled satellite payloads into orbit within SpaceChain’s first 5 years of operation, Zee has been recognized as a pioneer in this industry and has been sought as a speaker at events like Space Tech Summit, SpaceTide and Space Forum. Zee is a notable honoree of the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia List of 2022. He honed his entrepreneurship at Draper University, his space expertise at the International Space University, and is a graduate of Columbia University. He is also a Lee Kuan Yew Senior Fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.

Wan Wei is CEO and co-founder of IKIGUIDE Metaverse Collective (IMC). As the leading media, education, consulting and co-creation collective, we work to bridge the knowledge & resource gaps in the Asian metaverse industry. IMC counts NYSE-listed Nutanix, Philips, Hitachi, DBS, Crypto.com and non-profit alliance ChangemakersXchange as some of the key clients and partners in its portfolio. She is also guest-trainer at Singapore Management University Academy and Aventis Graduate School. Wan Wei is also one of the founding team members of the dWeb Southeast Asian node and the Metaverse for All: Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity Movement.

Alan is the founder / CEO of ProfilePrint, and the inventor of its patented A.I. digital food fingerprint technology. Before starting ProfilePrint, he was the Assistant CEO of IHDpay Group, a Hong Kong investment firm focusing on digital payment KYC in China. Prior, his professional experience with CapitaLand includes heading M&A / investment in the United Kingdom, General Manager South China Ascott and Assistant to Group CEO President CapitaLand. He is concurrently a reserve deputy Squadron Commander at the Singapore Air Force with previous key appointments including Flight Commander and Staff Officer at Chief of Air Force Office. He was a PhD candidate in Operational Research at INSEAD, completed a post-graduate management program at Tsinghua University and graduated with French Singapore Double Engineering degrees (1st Class) from Ecole Centrale Paris and National University of Singapore under a government scholarship.

Puiyan Leung joined Vertex Ventures in 2020 and focuses on opportunities in Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Vertex, Pui Yan was a Director of Investments and Operations at Singtel Innov8, the corporate venture arm of telco group Singtel. In her role, she built a pipeline of tech startups that fit with the firm’s investment themes, established strategic alliance and managed partnerships with key ecosystem stakeholders. Prior to that, Pui Yan assumed a range of operating roles and once served as Singtel’s Indonesia-based lead in representing the local market development and expansion interests for Singtel’s digital portfolio. Pui Yan graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering. In 2019, she joined the Kauffman Fellows Program, an innovation leadership and venture capital focused program for US and global investors.

Minette is currently co-chair of Ayala Corporation’s Innovation Advisory Council. She has held CEO/COO positions in various industries, ranging from Philippine startups to iconic multinationals. Before joining Globe, she was Philippine Managing Director of online game publishing startup, Level Up! She previously served as Levi Strauss & Company’s Country Manager for the Philippines and Guam; and President & CEO of Shangri-La Plaza Corporation. She cut her teeth in global FMCG giants, Unilever and L’Oréal. Minette holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Major in Management Engineering, from the Ateneo de Manila University.

An author of 75+ published papers in multiple domain areas.

Belinda is a serial entrepreneur, Singapore Representative of Women in Blockchain Asia, and the co-founder of Me3.io, a non-custodial wallet company which is designed with Web 2.0 users in mind by removing the complexities normally associated with Web3 applications. A five-year blockchain veteran, she had advised several blockchain startups which have since raised millions of dollars. Her past portfolio includes leading a team behind the formation of a multi-million Joint Venture with a Singapore government-linked entity.
