Prior to joining Noice as Chief Business Officer (CBO), Niken Sasmaya spent >10 years in Google with different roles ranging from sales, partnerships and program development based out of Singapore before moving to Japan. She was the first hire for YouTube Creator Partnership Team for SEA and worked with top YouTube creators and groom them to become a star. Her passion in the entertainment content industry brought her back to Indonesia to grow Noice with a strong vision to build a healthy audio content ecosystem in Indonesia. With her leadership, Noice has been successfully acquiring big prominent creators in Indonesia, such as Raffi Ahmad, Arief Muhammad, Vincent Desta Andre, Jerome Polin and many others with 130M++ total subscribers which helped to bring the platform to become the #1 local non-music audio platform in Indonesia.

Gary Khoeng joined Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India in 2017. He focuses primarily on covering Indonesia’s burgeoning startup ecosystem. Prior to joining Vertex, Gary was actively investing in early-stage opportunities entrepreneurs at an Indonesian fund across various sectors including e-Commerce, Fintech, Media and SaaS. Prior to that, Gary spent several years at Citigroup in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong. He also joined the Boston Consulting Group in Jakarta, covering FMCG and Financial Services sector. Gary holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University), and a Bachelors in Finance as well as International Business from Georgetown University in DC.

Machrus is a tech guy who loves research and development. He succeeded to build and deploy MAPID platform in one year after we committed to built location intelligence since 2019.

Alvin joined AC Ventures with a background in finance and research. Prior to ACV, he was a management associate in Citibank with experience in risk management and product management. Previously he was a research assistant in UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he led a survey team for various researches on Indonesia banking industries. Alvin graduated from the University of California Los Angeles, obtaining a Bachelors degree in Business Economics. During his studies, he was a board member in the Indonesian Bruins Student Association, responsible for organising students activities and managing relationship with Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Los Angeles. Alvin is an e-sport and coffee enthusiast. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, watching e-sport tournament, catching up with friends, and café-hopping.

Alexander Chung is the Overseas Sales Manager in Indonesia. His mission is to help businesses in Indonesia reach their full potential by going digital with IoT solutions from SUNMI. Prior to this, he was working as a consultant to local governments in Indonesia which he helped local governments to bring programs that enhance the quality of living for people in rural and remote areas.

Rian Febrian Pottanobu is a design experts who earned Cum Laude in his Bachelor Degree at Multimedia Nusantara University. He is not only a crypto and NFT enthusiast but also a gamer. He started his career at PT Astra International, Tbk - Honda as Promotion and Digital Analyst who manage above the line communications channel and digital activities in all region and provinces in Indonesia.
