  • 1. Q: 1) Do you need an ICP license for accelerating Chinese regions?

    A:

    Generally, yes. You need an ICP license for that if you want to distribute public content from an endpoint hosted in China. As a temporary solution, however, you can use the Premium bandwidth package which uses the CN2 network by China Telecom. Traffic is then routed over this public network via HongKong which is usually much faster than normal public internet by slower than Cross-Region bandwidth performance.

  • 2. Q: Can bandwidth packages be scaled up and down as needed anytime?

    A:

    You can scale up a bandwidth package anytime. For downscale you need to file a ticket.
