Demai Ni
Director, Alibaba Cloud Database Product Business Unit
Demai Ni is based out of Alibaba Cloud United States office, and currently responsible for database product management for the international market.
Previously, Demai was a Principal Software Architect at Huawei American Research Lab, working on Distributed Cloud-Native GaussDB Database (aka. LibrA, an MPPDB system), and the founding engineer for its SQLonHadoop Project ELK.
Demai started his professional career in Db2 for z/OS group at IBM, where his responsibilities including query transformation and optimization, and pureXML technology. Demai was also actively in BigData project, such as HBase, Hadoop, Janusgraph.
Yang Kan
Regional Manager, Data Intelligence Business Unit, Alibaba Cloud
As regional manager of data intelligence business, Yang Kan leads Alibaba Cloud’s regional big data and AI business strategy and solutions. He and his team are dedicated to crafting solutions under ET Brain framework to various industries including smart city, new retail, smart manufacturing and etc. Prior to joining Alibaba Cloud, he spends 10 years in managing enterprises’ global big data strategy and programs. He was responsible for transforming traditional businesses into data-driven organisations in oil & gas, and manufacturing industries.
Mulyono Xu
Managing Director at BAce Capital
10 years experience as Senior Management and Startup Founder who successfully launched, directed and managed mid-large scale projects/programs for multi-national firms such as Alibaba and Huawei, more specifically in Integration, Partnership, Business Development, Operations planning, scheduling, organizing and progress tracking of the project and its objectives.
