项目背景 Background
世界游泳Wolrd Aquatics，曾用名国际游泳联合会WA，是游泳类项目的全球治理机构，拥有116年的历史，总部位于瑞士洛桑。在全球拥有209个国家地区会员。世界游泳是IOC认可的第一档国际体育组织，在奥运会中拥有最多的奖牌数，且与现任IOC主席考文垂（前奥运游泳世界冠军）关系紧密。
World Swimming Wolrd Aquatics, formerly known as the International Swimming Federation WA, is a global governance body for swimming events with a history of 116 years and is headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland. In the world has 209 countries and regions members. World swimming is the first international sports organization recognized by the IOC,Has the highest number of medals in the Olympics and is closely related to current IOC chairman Coventry (former Olympic swimming world champion).
该项目自巴黎奥运高层（Selina与泳联主席）会晤首次建联，至今已完成多轮技术及商务交流。目标7月完成签约并启动交付，年底完成首轮基本功能交付，以配合泳联原系统退役节奏。
Since the first meeting between the top leaders of the Paris Olympic Games (Selina and the President of the Swimming Federation), the project has completed several rounds of technical and business exchanges. The target is to complete the signing and start the delivery in July, and complete the first round of basic function delivery by the end of the year to match the retirement rhythm of the original system of the Swimming Federation.
项目包括将其即将建设的全新WA综合管理系统部署至阿里云，并由阿里云建设全新客户数据平台CDP、串联各业务的服务平台进入SuperApp、并利用阿里云AI技术提供AI创新应用服务其利益相关方。
The project includes deploying its new WA integrated management system to Alibaba Cloud, building a new customer data platform CDP by Alibaba Cloud, connecting service platforms of various businesses to SuperApp, and using Alibaba Cloud AI technology to provide AI innovative application services to its stakeholders.

The World Aquatics Data Middle Platform Initiative is a corporate-level strategic project spearheaded by the President of World Aquatics, aiming to relocate and modernize the full spectrum of digital platforms—including the Event Management System, external service platform, and AI-driven applications—to serve World Aquatics' internal operations and external stakeholders over the next decade and beyond.

世界游泳作为典型的，且在国际范围有强影响力的体育联合会，与世界游泳的合作将为体育行业打造样板，构建首个在IOC赞助合作之外的大型体育客户数字化项目，打造面向更多体育组织可复制的全球数据治理和赛事服务核心方案。有助于阿里云横向拓展类似组织，如世界田径World Athletics，国际自行车联盟UCI，世界排球Volleyball World等。
World Aquatics, as a globally recognized leader in international sports federations, represents a strategic collaboration for Alibaba Cloud. This partnership will pioneer the first major digital transformation project for a sports client independent of IOC-sponsored frameworks, delivering a scalable model for global data governance and event services. It will also accelerate Alibaba Cloud's expansion into other sports organizations, such as World Athletics, UCI, and Volleyball World, by establishing a proven blueprint for digital integration in sports ecosystems.
