  Hi, it is possible to connect Alibaba Cloud regions to other Public Cloud providers or on-premise Datacenters either by

  1) Public Internet VPNs
  2) Working with one of our Network Service Provider Partners (https://www.alibabacloud.com/help/doc-detail/96019.htm) that can provide managed network connectivity services

• 2. Q: Do you have any quick migration tools when moving from AWS or others to Alibaba cloud ?

  A:

  This depends on the workload or service in question. If the workload is already containerised the migration is relatively simple, we also support Industry orchestration tools such as Terrafrom and Chef.   Alibaba Cloud bills can be paid via Credit Card, Paypal, PayTM, and direct bank transfer.
